This is a service provided by BICSA CAPITAL, S.A., as a custodian entity authorized by the national securities market regulator, the Superintendencia del Mercado de Valores, consisting of the care and maintenance of securities represented in physical or dematerialized form (account entry) and the cash related to these securities, as well as the registration of their ownership.
